We collect your personal data:
When you buy something online your address details and contact information are required to process your order
When you buy something from us at a show and pay (using our iZettle system) and if you ask to have a receipt emailed to you
When you agree to join our newsletter via our website, your email details are added to our customer database (using our Mail chimp system)
If you contact us via email/ phone leaving your contact details so we can get in touch
When you follow us or get in touch with us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or Instagram.
If you contact us with a question, comment or about a return or repair, whether in person, via email, telephone or another way such as via our Facebook Page.

How do we process your data?
We use written records, telephone, email and social media / message apps if you ask us about orders, personalised designs, returns etc.

If you ask to join our customer database / newsletter, we use Mail Chimp to collect names and email addresses so we can send out newsletters, offers and event information. You can see a copy of Mail Chimp’s Privacy Policy at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
We only pass your details on to fulfil an obligation, such as posting an order to you, via Royal Mail, Click & Drop.
We keep details for a reasonable period of time so we can deal with things like processing payments, queries, etc.

Protecting your personal data:
The online systems that we use protect your information through the use of encrypted sites, password protection, etc.
We use password protection on pcs, iPads, etc., which we use as our checkout systems, etc.
Paper information about customers (if kept) is stored in a locked filing cabinet, in a locked studio.  This might include things like daily record books where customer queries were written down.
We only keep your data for as long as necessary for the reason it was first collected. For instance for financial / transaction records, business and tax purposes, information has to be kept for five years.
We have to retain information such as financial transaction records but we can remove other information that we hold, such as your name and email address from our customer database, if you ask us to or if you unsubscribe from a mailing.
We might need to share your personal data with third parties.

You have the right to request:
Access to the personal data we hold about you
For us to correct personal data if it is incorrect
For us to stop using your data for purposes like our newsletter/ mailing list if you ask us to
We may still need to process your data to pursue a legitimate interest, such as keeping appropriate business financial records.
